-HOW DO I ORDER A BANNER?
Please fill out a banner request form and I will email you to confirm your design, the date availability, and pricing. Please be as detailed as possible in the order details, including any ideas or photos to describe the designs you are looking for. You can send me Pinterest photos, Instagram photos, or even the invitation to your event for inspiration. I will not copy someone else's art exactly, but I will work with you to design something that will be perfect for your event.
-HOW MUCH DO BANNERS COST?
Banners are priced by the amount of detail and how many elements are going to be painted:
*simple banners with 4 or fewer elements, basic borderss, and minimal lettering are $45
*Detailed banners with 4 or more elements, lots of lettering, or highly detailed painting are $55
*character banners, gingham or checkered borders, glitter or metallic elements are $65+
any pricing adjustments will be discussed by email.
-WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY BANNER?
It's never too early to submit your order! I fill up quickly, especially around holidays, so it's best to get your order in early. All banner orders should be submitted at least two weeks before your event. If you want to check availability within a two week time frame, send me an email using the Contact Me page. Sometimes I have a sneaky open afternoon and can fulfill a last minute order, so you can always check!
If you are shipping your banner, please allow extra time. Shipping needs a MINIMUM of two weeks advanced notice.
-HOW DO I PAY FOR MY BANNER?
After I have approved your banner request, I will send you an $20 invoice for a deposit. After the deposit is paid, I will begin working on your banner mock up. You will receive 2-3 different mock up designs, and up to 4 mock up changes. Additional changes will be subject to a $5 fee. Once you approve a mock up design, I'll send you the remainder of your invoice. Painting will start after your full payment has been processed. After I have started your banner I cannot offer refunds or make changes to your order.
-HOW DO I GET MY BANNER?
You can pick up your banner in Kirkland, WA before your event! I'll add pick up info to your invoice. If you choose shipping I will send you tracking info as soon as I have it.
